GoCardless is the UK’s leading Direct Debit provider, used by over 50,000 businesses. GoCardless uses the Direct Debit system to collect payment automatically 3 - 5 days after your window clean has taken place. You will be notified via e-mail before each payment is taken, and we’ll only take a payment if a job has been completed.

Any payments made through GoCardless are protected by the Direct Debit guarantee giving you complete peace of mind that it is 100% safe and secure.

What if an incorrect payment has been taken?

You are fully protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee. This entitles you to a full and immediate refund in the unlikely event any payment is taken in error.

What happens if my windows are not cleaned this month. Will payment still be taken?

No, payment is only requested and subsequently taken, once a clean has been carried out.

What if I want to cancel my window cleaning?

As with any Direct Debit you always remain 100% in control and can cancel at any point.
